The effect of safety leadership, safety culture, and safety behavior on safety performance after a company merger: a case study

After the merger of PT Pelindo, Pelindo Terminal Petikemas became one sub-holding companies in containers. In maintaining consistency with implementation Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) after merger, needs to understand importance safety leadership, culture, behavior, perfor­mance OHS program's success.
